great job

Yeah, I bought it off a friend because he said it did not work. Now i know why. What do you suggest I do.
May 6th, 2012 at 05:57
yeah bro… I get what you are asking… yes, there is a rotation of the workouts, you do them in an organized order, and that order changes every 3 or 4 weeks…when you get the TRUE program it is sincerely a PROGRAM and a SYSTEM, it’s not just 12 workouts… it’s rotations, tracking sheets, nutritional guides, a PLAN that, if put into place brings RESULTS>.. if all you have is 12 workouts then you do NOT have the program… make sense??

Tommy hey man I don’t really understand the whole muscle confusion idea. If there is only 12 dvds then how can you “change it up every 3 to 4 weeks”? Is there certain dvds your suppose to do only for three weeks then you move on to the others or what? Do you do all 12 in a row or what? I’m not putting down p90x I just want to understand it more, before i jump into it and do it wrong. If you can help explain it to me I would much obliged. Thanks man.

Hey Tommy, I really hope you reply to this man…Im 20years old, 270lbs, and 6’1. Im not really “FAT” Im just a BIG Guy. I’ve always been athletic and strong, but I really want to lose weight, tone up, and get in better shape so I can be confident while taking my shirt off. I bought p90x, and Im getting ready to start it. I did the first video, Back and Shoulders and Ab Ripper X. I couldnt finish Ab Ripper X. if I keep at this, will I BE in Shape in 90 days? will I lose good weight? Plz answer!!

I think you should star over, but this time do the “doubles”. It would bring even more results. Tommy did what he did in more than a year, like 15 months.

Thank you for this. I’m in the military and on the verge of being kicked out for overweight and I just can’t let that happen for the sake of my wife. I had the exact same view of this program as you did to where you look at these people and think that there’s no way it’s possible for the bigger guys. Your video has given me hope and is the deciding factor to start P90X, so thank you.

@TommyMygrant You’re giving me hope. I weighed 375 when I first started 2 months ago. I’m down to 335. Situps, pushups, and cardio are killing me. Any pointers? Thanks for givin’ me hope brother!!

Inspiring video man! I’m 379 pounds, which is 9 pounds down from where I started P90x two days ago! LOL. I wont weigh every day, i was just curious so i checked. I couldn’t do most of what they did on the videos, but I did my best my first two days and I LOVED it. I’m a walking talking body ache right now…but it feels great! I’m looking forward to shoulders and arms tonight!!

Did you change anything first round like doing cardio x instead of plyo e.t.c ??
May 6th, 2012 at 14:56
Thanks man, your an inspiration. Ive decided to take my life back into my own hands after gaining almost 80 lbs through depression eating and living with it for 8 years. I borrowed the DVDs from a friend and watched through a bit and thought, “How the hell am I supposed to do this? All these people are in decent shape to begin with.” Im 310 lbs at the moment (top was 325). Nice to see that someone that started like I did made it as far as you have. Keep up inspiring people Tommy! Thanks!

Amazing dude…. I really want to start P90X again, I’ve done it for 2 months and I got in crazy shape and got awesome results but then I had to quit doing it for a couple of months because I was real busy but now that I’ve got some time I just can’t seem to find the strength to get up this frigging chair and press play.
Any tips on getting my motivation up?
Thanks a bunch dude, you’re a true inspiration and your transformation was purely amazing.
