    hello Gia, i was wondering. you mentioned how your face shaped went from oval to square? i thought that your face shape is bone and nothing can change that, i figured that the exercise would melt fat to reveal your cheeks and jaw more prominently, but you would still keep your original oval face shape, but just have more definition?

    when will i see a difference? i have been doing this for 2 weeks, my face does look slimmer, but when can i see more prominant cheekbones?

    Ive been doing this for 3 weeks, I can see a little difference, but I havent seen any difference in my cheekbones. :( should I be doing it for longer? please reply!

    I am willing to give it a go anyways. I hate my facial structure so much and simply don’t have the money for plastic surgery. I have also tried self acceptance in every way possible and haven’t been able to accept myself.

    I am going to try these exercises and hope for a miracle.

    Dont let me put you down man, they might work, all im saying is how, you might want to do some more research about it, also, im more or loss the opposite of you(short face) but i made it look like a completely different structure by changing the style of my hair into a faux hawk. Maybe cut your hair?

    Not Hating or anything, but i dont understand how facial exercise can help change your structure considering that both the cheekbones and jawline are bones and nor actual muscles, maybe it makes it look more defined?
