yes its possible and no herbalife is not the answer, to be able to burn fat and build muscle you need to do the perfect amount of weight, set and rep for your body mass and strengh and have a perfect diet.

hey bud. Have you been doing 3 meals and 3 shakes a day snacks every 2-3 hours to put on lean muscle?.. you can switch to the H24 and do the same thing…and add in the REBUILD STRENGTH for post recovery after your workouts
