It is impossible to define this or any workout based on a few exercises. His trainer, i’m sure has Dwight on a periodized schedule in which he moves from one cycle of training, with specific emphasis to another with a different emphasis. From what i can tell, his trainer is doing a good job, especially with the transverse work, which too often gets ignored. Genetically gifted or not training matters. Dr. Bounce aka CoachMass1.
