@holyshitimsoswagdout if you are doing the workout plan that i have laid out on my website then it should take you about a month or so to start seeing results

@FitnessBody4L in my opinion the no music makes it easier for me because I don’t have to lower the volume of the video to listen to my music,,, So its better with no music, (in my opinoin)
