    @IsaacBG84 yeah it’s just a suggestion i would say try not to go more than 2 days without doing abs

    @FitnessBody4L in my opinion the no music makes it easier for me because I don’t have to lower the volume of the video to listen to my music,,, So its better with no music, (in my opinoin)
